“The abbey has amazing history with staff in every room advising you of all the history. The gardens are vast and beautiful with walled gardens, lakes and lots of little hideaways. The on site restaurant was lovely and I can thoroughly recommend the cream tea.”

“A wonderfull garden at all times of the year – spring and summer best. A place for tea or light lunch, Leach’s famous pottery on sale. A plant nursery selling many of the species in the garden. Interesting old house (the family still own and live here) much of it can be viewed. Good parking and splendid gift shop.”
